In February 2026, the main structure of 12SUMMERS’ fully automated food industrial park in Xiamen was successfully topped out. From blueprint to standing framework, the project took six months of meticulous development, and a new “innovation base” has now taken shape—integrating R&D, pilot production, and intelligent manufacturing, while meeting Class 100,000 cleanroom standards.

At the topping-out ceremony, 12SUMMERS Founder Kico stated: “While the industrial park has reached its structural topping-out, 12SUMMERS’ growth knows no ceiling. This modern automated industrial park, with a total construction area of approximately 50,000 square meters, represents a key milestone in 12SUMMERS’ industrial footprint. It follows the commissioning of the company’s second self-built bird’s nest factory in Indonesia in September 2025, further strengthening its presence across the healthy convenience food value chain.

The park is equipped with advanced high-speed automated production lines for both ready-to-eat packaged foods and bottled beverages, designed to deliver safer, more innovative, and more convenient products to consumers.

The fully automated food industrial park completed this topping-out phase integrates raw material pre-processing, automated production, R&D laboratories, quality inspection, and smart logistics into a single system. It is expected to gradually commence operations in the second half of 2026.

Within its two production buildings, the facility is designed for a total daily capacity of 560,000 units, featuring fully automated end-to-end production lines with automatic feeding, weighing and sealing, real-time inspection, operational control, and automated loading and unloading.

The industrial park will fully bridge the gap between R&D innovation and large-scale stable production, ensuring agile response and sufficient supply to meet market demand.

Its completion represents not only an upgrade in production capacity, but also a leap in system-level capabilities. Through a fully integrated framework spanning equipment, processes, and environmental control, the facility upholds consistently high standards and reinforces 12SUMMERS’ commitment to quality in every product.

Higher Safety: Full-End-to-End Controllability from Source to Shelf

The new industrial park continues the brand’s strict standards for production environments. A Class 100,000 GMP cleanroom system provides a production environment approaching pharmaceutical-grade cleanliness. The facility is also equipped with an intelligent visual inspection system and a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), enabling multi-layer quality control and ensuring consistently high-quality output.
